Bellevarde’s team approach to working with our clients and their architects means that we have often shared the quiet satisfaction which comes from peer recognition of visions realised and work well done.
In September 2017, Bellevarde won three MBA Awards; including the Best Use of Timber award for Palm House, an exquisitely detailed house in Mosman designed by Casey Brown Architecture; an Excellence in Housing award for Palm House; and another Excellence in Housing award for Ohana House, a series of retreat pavilions at Seven Mile Beach Byron Bay designed by Virginia Kerridge Architect.
Considerable cantilevers, long spans and construction under fine tolerances feature in both houses. Mick, Blake, Mike Faulks, Mike Ryan and the entire team helped create two breathtaking houses—showing what can be achieved when many parties work towards a central goal.
Owners of Palm House, Penny and Toby Harrop, and owners of Ohana House, Jennifer and Russell Staley, adore their beautifully crafted, oasis-like homes.
