Bellevarde’s team approach to working with our clients and their architects means that we have often shared the quiet satisfaction which comes from peer recognition of visions realised and work well done.
In October 2018, Bellevarde won five HIA awards; including Home of the Year and Custom Built Home of the Year awards for Headland House and Escarpment House, an incredible residence in Gerringong designed by Atelier Andy Carson. Bellevarde also won a HIA Custom Built Home Award in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers division, for Ohana House at Seven Mile Beach near Byron Bay, designed by Virginia Kerridge Architect.
A month earlier in September, Bellevarde won three MBA awards; including the Best Use of Concrete award for Almora House, an amazing residence in Balmoral designed by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects.
Steve, Adam, Mike, Scotty, Jak and the entire team helped create all of 2018’s stunning award-winning houses—showing what can be achieved when many parties work towards a central goal.
Owners of Headland House and Escarpment House, Beau Neilson and Jeffrey Simpson; owners of Almora House, Cathy and Andrew Cameron; and owners of Ohana House, Jennifer and Russell Staley; adore their beautifully crafted homes.
